Pi is a terminal coding agent with a VS Code-style extension system: packages contribute tools, commands, skills, prompts and themes. Pace carries that flexibility to the desktop, so a developer can shape an agent client that is truly their own instead of renting one.

Pace is not a fork of Pi and not a second runtime. Pi's local session log stays the single source of truth; Pace only projects Pi's event stream into a journal and renders everything from it: the live chat, the Trajectory view of chain of thought and tool calls, and per-turn token and cost accounting. The backend runs in a separate Electron utility process, so heavy log parsing can never make the window stutter.

Voily is a voice input method for macOS: press one key, speak, and polished text lands wherever your cursor is. If you can type there, you can speak there — Slack, Cursor, Gmail, ChatGPT, any app that takes text.

Instead of raw dictation, Voily runs your speech through an AI rewrite pipeline, so what lands is refined text rather than a literal transcript. It sits quietly in the menu bar, always ready behind a single hotkey.

Make Pi fit you.

Pi's package ecosystem grew past five thousand entries fast, and the official registry tells you what exists but not what is worth installing. Pi Index is the community-maintained shortlist: extensions, skills, themes and prompt templates, grouped by what they do, each with a one-line pitch and the install command.

The list lives as a plain README so anyone can send a pull request. The companion site renders the same data with category filters, search, and copy-to-install buttons, in English and Chinese. It is the most-starred repository I maintain and the entry point I hand to people who ask how to set up Pi.

Check your sub's worth.

Providers advertise subscriptions as "5x Pro" or "20x Pro" but never say how many dollars that is. SubWorth answers with numbers anyone can observe locally: a passive collector snapshots quota windows from the coding agent's own status line, prices the observed usage at the official API rate card, and derives a monthly ceiling and a Worth Multiple for each plan.

The method is being validated in the open before any figure is published: a fourteen-day live experiment across Claude, Kimi and Codex subscriptions, with raw progress on the site and criteria that can still void the first estimate. Collectors run on macOS and Linux and push anonymised bundles from several machines into one merged view.
